My wife and I had wanted a really nice cutting board for a long time and decided to go for this one. It has been a dream to cut on! The size we picked (22x16x2) has plenty of space to chop multiple ingredients or large portions. However, the end grain is the star of the show! It is gentle on our knives and absolutely beautiful to look at.
Since we’ve had a very hot and dry summer in Utah, we seasoned the board quite thoroughly with mineral oil and then with the board butter. After using a it a few times, we found it was ready for another few rounds of heavy seasoning.
The craftsmanship is superb and we look forward to using it for a very long time!

I believe this is the best value high quality board of its kind in the entire market. The build quality and design is remarkable - it looks so good on my kitchen counter. They also included a care guide and small bottles of cutting board oil which is nice.
